I’m not ready to make a formal announcement but I want to let you know that in the coming weeks there will be something fabulous that I will be adding to my list of writing.
As we know, I love blogging. I don’t devote as much time to it as I should be (that’s true, raise your hand if you all agree… I thought so), but I think that is going to change soon. Right now, the freelancing is what is paying the bills (albeit barely) but one day… some day… (cue inspriational music) I will be a professional blogger and doing what I love the best. I am learning… it’s a slow process and it makes me cranky at times but I know that with a little more dedication and creativity, I can make a go of it.
So goals for blogging to the end of this year are:
1. Increase readership… which means if you blog too and you LOVE ME… then link me, I want to meet everyone!
2. Blog Everyday… Even if it means you all have to hear about the laundry AGAIN, then so be it. Who knows, maybe we can trade tips on how to keep the whites white… you know?
3. Turn a little profit. Yea that’s right… I not only love it but I know there is an income in here somewhere, I just have to find it. Google adwords or adsense don’t seem to be doing it for me but I will find something that works for me.
4. Annouce fabulous surprise… Well, that should probably be #1 or #2 on the list but I am making it last just in case I hit a snag.
Alright… off to troll my feeds and see what’s what.
